Before opening, So Sour can be stored for over a year, preferably in a cool and dry place. After opening, it can last for several months; just make sure to avoid humid places. The product might clump a little, but this does not affect its properties. Once diluted in water, it’s best to use it within 48 hours and, if possible, store it in the refrigerator.
With So Sour, you save in two ways. First, one can equals 20 liters of fresh lemon juice, saving you at least 600 PLN. Additionally, you save on employee time that would have been spent squeezing the juice.
Preparation is very simple. Take one level scoop of So Sour (included in each package) and dissolve it in one liter of water. Then mix, and it’s ready. If you need to prepare more lemon juice, simply dissolve more So Sour, keeping the proportion of 50g per 1l of water.
We recommend fully replacing lemon juice with So Sour concentrate for maximum savings. Of course, you can mix the dissolved So Sour solution with lemon juice in proportions of 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1, depending on your preferences.
